At its meeting on May 13th, City Council accepted the final design report and scheduled a number of public meetings and workshops to review final design details for the continue...
The project proposes to convert the existing 4-lane Concord Main Street to a 2-lane Complete Street design configuration promoting multi-modal use and offering more transportation choices, all while improving livability, safety and providing a reliable transportation network. Improvements to traffic signals, sidewalks, and ADA accessibility will reduce traffic congestion and improve pedestrian safety.
